BAM Nail Studio Policies

BAM Nail Studio requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours before your appointment via text. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, you will be charged a cancellation fee equaling at least 50% of the cost of services booked. A no call/no show will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of services booked. After 2 no show incidents you will no longer be able to book an appointment at BAM Nail Studio.

Cancellations can only be made by calling 917-648-5618.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be considered a no show and you will be charged a no show fee of 100% of the cost of services booked. 

BAM Nail Studio is a small space, and nail services by nature require contact between people. If someone brings illness to the studio, it not only effects your nail technician, but it will effect my family and other clients that have been in the space as well. Please be considerate and DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE SICK.

If you have a fever or are exhibiting any signs of COVID-19 or any other illness including chills, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea you MUST cancel your appointment.

If you have been exposed to anyone exhibiting signs of or who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 7 days you MUST cancel your appointment.

Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the refusal of any future services.

BAM Nail Studio Reserves the Right to Refuse Service To:

• Anyone with a nail condition I suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that I may suspect may be contagious, or  fear could be harmed by my service.
• Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment.
• Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior in the studio.
